Product Description
Heavy calcium carbonate (GCC), or heavy calcium, also known as ground calcium carbonate, is made from natural carbonate mineral stone after grinding. There are two kinds of production process of heavy calcium carbonate, namely dry process and wet process. Dry process: select the stone, remove the gangue and other impurities, then the primary crushing of limestone with a jaw crusher, grind with Raymond mill or roll mill to obtain fine powder,finally get the product that meets the particle size requirements by classification. Wet process: the coarse powder of calcium carbonate obtained by the dry process is prepared into a suspension and introduced into the mill for further grinding, the ultra-fine heavy calcium carbonate is prepared after dehydration and drying.
